The Meaning of Zeno
I often get asked about the name Zeno and what it means.
The name is inspired by Zeno of Citium, who is known as the founder of Stoic Philosophy. I have been studying Stoicism for more than ten years now, and it has had a profound impact on my life, serving as a driving force and guiding me towards living my best life.
One of the key lessons I have learned from Stoicism is that while I cannot control the world around me, I have complete control over how I choose to respond to it. This philosophy is encapsulated in one of Zeno’s most famous quotes that states, “A bad feeling is a commotion of the mind repugnant to reason, and against nature.” Another one of my favorite quotes from Zeno is, “Well-being is realized by small steps, but is truly no small thing.” This quote holds true not only in various aspects of life but also in the realm of SEO, where small actions can accumulate and lead to remarkable results.
